Motherhood can be beautiful, exciting, overwhelming and sometimes lonely. Vaughan Stroller Moms was created to make it easier to get out, meet other moms, and build genuine connections along the way.
Whether you're looking for a stroller walk, a new friend, something fun to do with your little one, or simply a reason to get out of the house, we're here for you. Come as you are, messy buns and all.

I’m Flavia, a social worker and mom of two.
My first child was born during COVID, and my maternity leave was very different from what I had hoped for. When I had my second child, I wanted things to feel different.
VSM started because I was simply looking for other moms who wanted to come for walks with me.
What started as:
“Who wants to come for a walk?” grew into a community of 700+ moms in only 8 months.

I have spent the majority of my social work career working in community-based programs, so creating spaces where people can connect, access resources and feel supported has always been a big part of my work.
That background now shapes VSM and the experiences I create for moms and little ones whether that means helping moms build friendships, discover local programs and services, try something new with their children or simply feel more connected to the community around them.
I truly love meeting new moms, and one of the most beautiful parts of VSM has been watching women build friendships and create their own village.
And we're just getting started.
